Spring Farm is a traditional smallholding of approximately 23 acres. As the name suggests, we are lucky enough to have a natural supply
of spring water which our livestock are able to enjoy from source.
Our Dexter cattle graze outside for most of the year, but during the worst of the winter months they are happy to bed down in their roomy barn.
We grow our own hay which is used to feed the cattle in winter. We are also very lucky to have a working mill on the farm and we roll our own barley for animal feed - as has been done here for years.
We also rear British Saddleback Pigs, who are real characters and a constant source of
amusement!
